How do I know when my fruit is ripe?

Each box includes a ripening guide. Generally, tropical fruits are ready when they soften slightly and emit a strong, sweet aroma.

Where does your fruit come from?

Most of our fruit is grown on local farms in South Florida, supplemented by high-quality seasonal imports from sustainable growers worldwide.

Is your fruit organic?

While not all our partner farms are certified organic, we prioritize growers who use natural, non-synthetic pest control and sustainable farming practices.

What happens if my fruit arrives damaged?

Since we ship perishable items, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.

Can I customize the contents of my fruit box?

We offer curated Variety Boxes based on seasonal availability, but you can also purchase specific fruits 'by the box' when they are in peak season.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Some restrictions apply to specific fruits depending on agricultural regulations.
